How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a live tracking link.
You can click the link in the email to follow your delivery status, or track your order directly through the Order Tracking Page.

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries and regions.

When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing may take a little longer.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, the shipping method selected, and the warehouse from which your order ships.
Estimated delivery times:
Local warehouse delivery: 1–5 business days
Standard shipping: 5–12 business days
International shipping: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. The final delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the product ordered, and the available shipping methods.
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For most orders, customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total, so you should not need to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
In rare cases, local customs or courier services may require additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees due to local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or failure to complete customs clearance, any return shipping fees or related costs may be deducted from your refund.
What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us at support@coolgeekaudio.com.
We’ll help check the shipment status with the carrier where possible.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged, or if any item is missing from your order, please email us at support@coolgeekaudio.com with the following information:
A brief description of the issue
Your order number or proof of purchase
Photos or video of the issue
The serial number, located at the base of the product, if applicable
Please use the subject line “Damaged or Missing Item” — we’ll take care of the rest.
