What Is Your Return Policy?

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and any included parts.

A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

How Do I Start a Return?

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

 

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If you return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Any original shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coolgeekaudio.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll help arrange a suitable solution at no extra cost to you.

Can I Return a Product Purchased from Another Retailer?

We can only process returns and refunds for orders placed through our official website.

If you purchased your product from Amazon, another marketplace, or a third-party retailer, please contact the original seller directly for return assistance.

 

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 1–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any related costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

 

Are Any Items Non-Returnable?
